Job Duties
To oversee the company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising admin staff.
Ensure the work processes are effective and efficient, and within the operating budget.
To effectively manage the full spectrum of HR operational duties.
Handle recruitment and selection processes.
Identify and develop training needs of employees and put in place effective training programmes.
To Support in general office administration duties
Good knowledge and understand the various government grants for SME
To set SOP for HR and Admin processes
Job Requirements
• Possess at least a diploma/degree
• 3 years of office management and HR experiences
• Excellent time management and good organizational skills
• Problem solving skills and excellent communication skills
