Works in cooperation with the Authority stakeholders and service subcontractors.
Leads implementation of account processes and procedures.
Responsible for managing the local relationship with the client.
Responsible for managing and oversee the on-site day-to-day operations to ensure the facility operations are delivered in line with the specification and contract as agreed with the Authority
Responsible for all ISS activities for the Authority at site level.
Ensure provision of services in line with the Statement of Works.
Planning and coordination of jobs and activities for in scope work and activities.
Audit and control of service levels and operating procedures.
Primary client, service contractors interface with support from Key Account Manager.
Ensure all vendor staff understand Authority culture, business principals and comply with all relevant Authority policies and procedures.
Working in conjunction with the local Estate Management to prepare the final budget documentation /plans and administer the works to ensure budget compliance.
Ensure value creation opportunities are identified through service enhancement or cost saving opportunities.
Ensure GMP compliance for all regulated cleaning and pest control activities performed on site.
Enforce HSE compliance for onsite ISS cleaning and subcontractor team.
Proactive timely and concise communication of relevant and important information to local Estate Manager, Subject Matter Experts and management.
Actively manage contract against metrics and service level agreements.
Reporting change requests and “out of line” incidents or requests for project work to Key Account.
Monthly tracking and reporting of financial and quality performance to Key Account Manager.
Responsibility for contract management and price negotiation.
Stay informed about industry developments and proactively inform Authority stakeholders about changes in the infrastructure, products that could enhance or otherwise impact the delivery of services to the Authority.
Manage on-boarding and off-boarding program for on site cleaning team and subcontractor.
Participate in internal and client Deviation investigation and CAPA implementation and closure.
Participate in client and internal self-inspection as required.
Ensure pest control activities is performed according to client Standard Operating Procedure.
Ensure Health; Safety awareness culture is promoted.
Ensure risk assessment is followed.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ proven experience in facility management in large facility.
Experience in managing and leading a team of more than 50 staff.
Strong communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships both internal and external and at multiple levels within organizations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multi task while maintaining high quality standards.
Experienced people manager with ability to develop and motivate both staff and vendor relationships.
Decision-maker, highly motivated with strong commercial business acumen and possessing first class communication and presentation skills with strong emphasis on delivering set objectives and hands on performance.
A strong client service and relationship management outlook.
Ability to respond to a diverse, multi-cultural blend of high dynamic, demanding and professional clients.
