1 to 1 Private Tuition for JC H2 Biology *ONLINE* 

I am a second year medical student and I am providing tuition for H2 Biology (and H2 Math). I have experience in teaching H2 Biology to JC students. I have been providing private tuition since 8 years ago and some of my students have made outstanding progress in their results. I have recently designed my lessons such that I can conduct it in a contactless manner without compromising on the quality or the level of customisation. Before the start of lessons, I will personally call the student/parent to understand the specific aspects of the subject that the student is struggling with so that I can customise the lessons to the student's needs.

Lesson Details:

- Lessons will be held on Google Meet / Zoom / Skype (whichever student prefers)

- I will prepare worksheets and email it to students in PDF form before the lesson

- Any homework that I issue must be completed by the student and emailed to me at least 12 hours before the lesson so that I can go through it.

- I will assign the students homework either from past year papers or from worksheets that I prepare - Lessons are based on past year exam papers to give students adequate practice for the A Levels.

- I will be explaining the concepts through various suitable methods such as drawing on a virtual whiteboard screen, going through presentations or going through worksheets that I prepared

- During the lessons, I will try to impart the skills and study tips that have personally helped me score well for these subjects

- Each lesson will be 2 hours long, once a week. This is to ensure that there is adequate coverage of the topics

- I will be available on Whatsapp to answer any questions that the student may have outside of the lessons.

- I will regularly Whatsapp the student with questions or interesting facts that are relevant and helpful for the exams

- In the case that you want tuition for both H2 Biology and H2 Math, there are 3 options:

1) We can have 2 separate 2-hour lessons per week to cover both subjects,

2) We can have one 3 hour session per week to cover both subjects,

3) We can have one 4 hour session with a short break in between to adequately cover both subjects

My background:

I studied in National Junior College in the IP program from 2013 to 2018. I have scored an A in H2 Biology for the A Levels and also consistently for internal exams. For H2 Biology, I was consistently top in my cohort in both JC1 and JC2 for our internal exams. Throughout my JC years I have developed some specific methods that have helped me do well in my Biology exams and I wish to share them with my students in hopes that it will benefit them.
