Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the booking of appointments via system, preparation of quotations and tax invoices.
  • Open job cards and furnish with details of suspected faults/recommendations of required repairs.
  • Handle and resolve customers complaints to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
  • Process job orders and ensure effective flow of information between customers and the workshop.
  • Handle collection of serviced cars effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor of job progress and update Customer on repair status.
  • Liaise with Parts department and Workshop to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement in service level.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NTC 2 in MVM/Automotive Technology.
  • Good Knowledge of Car Components.
  • Meticulous; with a flair of details.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills and ability to build strong client Relationship.
  • Possess valid driving licence.
