  • Reporting to: Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Execution and monitoring of customer care program, database management and CRM initiatives for the market.
  • Assist in the implementation and management of CRM program to enhance the ownership experience.
  • Follow up on walk-in’s to understand their customer’s experience at assigned showroom within 48 hours.
  • Assist in the full implementation of the customer relations management to enhance showroom customer experience.
  • Provide weekly reports to track customer’s showroom experience.
  • CRM Program/ Prospect Contact/ Customer Care:
    • Source and propose suitable partnerships with external parties to enhance the program.
    • Maintain and manage customer database.
    • Initiate and spearhead customer care activities and events.
    • Assist the Marketing Department on launch events etc.
  • Showroom:
    • To maintain and organize the showroom to ensure customers experience are consistently high with suitable reading materials and relevant catalogues.
  • Sales Team/Admin:
    • Liaise with the Sales Admin pertaining to reports on prospecting monitoring.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Attend to all market support at all events, campaigns, when required by Marketing Department.
  • Support in processing invoices for timely payments to vendors.
  • Customer Experience Management (CEM):
    • Identification of customer touch points.
    • Analysis of customer related processes from feedback gathered from visiting prospects/ customers.
    • Analysis of weaknesses and identification/development of new measures.
    • Propose and implementation of solutions and monitor feedback.
