Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Handle Products and Service enquiries via phone calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.

Service and maximize profitability of assigned portfolio of clients through upgrades and value-added services

Manage and follow through on customers’ issues until closure

Support and provide hands on guidance to customers for mobile applications

Coordinate and administrate Sales and Training courses


Job Requirements

Diploma in Business or Marketing or equivalent

Service-oriented and organized

Good problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency

Cheerful, optimistic and self-driven

Good team player with pleasant personality and sense of responsibility

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
