As part of the service team, the Service Coordinator supports various Service operations. This position needs to maintain qualitative & high level interaction between various functions
- To be interface between customers, service team & other stake holders in company
- Service invoicing
- Initiating procurement & dispatch of service inventory
- Scheduling service activities such as installations, preventive maintenance, procurement of items which need periodic replacements associated with preventive maintenance, engineer roaster for standby duties, etc
- Receiving customer calls, Service call logging, call dispatching & report generation
- Maintaining records such as updated database, certifications, training etc. for fulfilling quality & regulatory norms
- Supporting service sales by preparing service contract proposals & service quotations etc
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience related customer service
- Experience of working with SAP
- Good communication skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Diploma/degree, preferably in Commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Team player and able to work independently
- The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
