- Planning of weekly schedule and management of manpower during situation of urgent leave or medical leave:
- Ensure fair distribution of shifts (breakfast, dinner and supper) between each team members.
- Assist with generation of report:
- Towing report;
- Emergency report;
- Conduct and plan training for new agent.
- Compilation of team’s monthly timesheet for submission to manager.
- Monitor and improve team’s performance
- Quality of phone conversation
- Quality of case (feedback/lost and found) submitted to CS Team
- Work with team member(s) in the same shift to share the workload for the various hotlines/event:
- Taxi booking;
- Customer Service ;
- Premier Club;
- Drivers’ queries;
- Tow hotline;
- Hourly test calls;
- Transfer of the 3 hotlines (Taxi booking/CS/Premier Club) during preventive maintenance.
- Look out for emergency alert and check with drivers of the status of their vehicles.
- Conduct investigation (listening to recording and information provided) on feedback pertaining to CTC.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in leading a team
- Able to work on shifts
