Customer Service Coordinator | West Location | Up to $2000 (Ref.27294)

Responsibilities:

  • To attend phone calls and process all orders accurately within the stipulated cut-off date and time
  • Process invoices, ensure no discrepancy in the purchase order as well as to support and perform administrative function
  • Assist in daily stock count and inventory replenishment
  • Liaise with finance on payment before delivery
  • Perform any other administrative functions but not limited to general filing and any ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned

Requirements:
  • Min 'O' Levels
  • At least 1-2 years experience in similar field
  • Prior customer service experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
