- To attend phone calls and process all orders accurately within the stipulated cut-off date and time
- Process invoices, ensure no discrepancy in the purchase order as well as to support and perform administrative function
- Assist in daily stock count and inventory replenishment
- Liaise with finance on payment before delivery
- Perform any other administrative functions but not limited to general filing and any ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned
- Min 'O' Levels
- At least 1-2 years experience in similar field
- Prior customer service experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
