Job Description:

  • Phone interactions with prospects and customers to set-up meetings for completing account set-up, making welcome calls to new customers, and making calls to groups of customers regarding new features/ products.
  • Phone support for customers regarding pending transactions
  • Email support for customer queries, complaints and promotional messages
  • Verify documents of new customers for accuracy and completeness


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder
  • 2-3 years of work experience in customer support involving high volume transactions
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in banks/financial institutions preffered
  • Customer service orientation
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Self-starter, ability to work and thrive in a small team
  • Must be Singapore citizen or PR holder
