Responsibility:

  • Work in an environment that requires front office and phone-based applicant interaction.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
  • Take ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
  • Document scrutiny & collection for visa processing
  • Handling customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone
  • Ensuring all administration & logistics of passport delivery to consulate / applicant /logistics company etc
  • Maintain & record all application data

Requirements:

  • Minimum “O” Levels.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Provide high level of service to develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous and empathetic
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented

Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment
