Customer Service & Admin Officer

Job Scope:

- Attend to customers regarding general queries & concerns.

- Maintain professionalism & establishing a positive rapport with customers.

- Work with the operations team & to provide feedback to customers.

- Provide quotations to customers with necessary follow up & liaison.

- Perform administrative task.

- Hands on to social media like Facebook.

- Provides solutions to daily operation issues, when necessary.


- At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in relevant field.

- A team player with outgoing personality & initiative.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Good interpersonal & communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively.
