- Responds to customer requests and/or orders - via phone, fax, email and retrieval from online portals.
- Guaranties customer satisfaction handling professionally their request (proper phone etiquette, making sure all requests are treated on time).
- Answer, screen and direct calls.
- Handle enquiries and resolve product / service issues.
- To activate sales by calling and visiting given portfolio of clients.
- To share promotional material, special offers with clients and support sales team achieving sales targets.
- To work on specific sales targets and to report directly to Sales Manager.
- Order processing with high accuracy and speed according to customers’ request.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding orders.
- Issue goods return note and stock exchange forms.
- Raise credit / debit / stock transfer request forms.
- Liaise with logistics, purchasing and sales on stock and delivery issues.
- Prepares quotations for the sales team upon requests.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Diploma in any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service.
- Basic PC Literacy Skills – Knowledge of SAP Business One system would be advantageous.
