- Responsible for ensuring customers are handled in a caring, dependable, respectful and giving manner
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Maintain excellent relationships with our customers by providing top notch service
- Effectively liaise with the operations department on the daily collection and delivery process
- Carry out any other duties assigned to you by the General Manager or Customer Service Manager
- Maintain accurate customer records on the database system and update regularly.
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or relevant qualification.
- Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
- Confident with pleasant disposition and well groomed.
- A friendly personality and great working attitude
- Able to work independently
- Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm. (Alternate Saturday half day)
