For over 5 years, Speech Academy Asia (www.speechacademyasia.com) has been offering life changing Public Speaking enrichment programmes to kids, adults and corporates with 9 centres across Asia.

We are looking for a full-time Centre Admin Executive whose job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

JOBSCOPE

A. ADMINISTRATION

  • handle student enrollment, transfers, replacement classes and withdrawals
  • ensure Centre and classrooms are prepped
  • coordinate relief when needed
  • keep up communication with parents, as well as teachers

B. OPS & CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • ensure smooth running of classes and events
  • maintain a clean and safe environment for students
  • provide a high level of customer service to teachers, students and parents
  • perform accounts receivable duties


INFORMATION

  • 5 days work week (3 weekdays + 2 weekends)
  • Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin
