JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Mange order hotlines by answering incoming calls
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
  • Ensures procedures for processing transactions with sales
  • Co-ordinate the flow of information
  • Ensure that critical information regarding urgent delivery, special timing
  • Assist in the processing of orders
  • Verify and analyse information provided
  • Ensure timely feedback of all problems and issue sfrom customers and principals
  • Provide admin support and other ad hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in logistics operations/ customer service
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and meticulous in handling assigned tasks
  • Only singaporean
