Front desk officer / Commercial Concierge / DIP] - up to $2.6k

No. of days : 5.5days / week
Location: Town Area
Operation hour: 8.30am to 6pm / 8.30am to 12.30pm

Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage the all customers or visitors' feedback / queries
• Welcome and greet all visitors (including existing owners and their guests) and
• Assist necessary security checks which include issuing of visitor badges etc.
• Manage visitor management system at concierge counter
• Conduct tours which showcase our property's facilities to prospective clients if needed
• Attend to phone inquiries efficiently and effectively
• Manage visitor’s feedback / complaints with professionalism and provide prompt service recovery when necessary
• •Ensure the reception area and surroundings is clean and organized at all times


Requirements:
• Preferably with 3 years working experience in Customer Service front desk or Equivalent within a service-oriented environment
• Proactive and attentive to details
• Possess good interpersonal skills, positive and enthusiastic personality with passion for service excellence
• Candidate has working experience in airline / luxury brands / hospitality industry will also be an added advantage
