We are looking for a responsible Full-time Account Manager or Assistant to Manager who will be performing various administrative and customer service and who can commit as below time slot:


Wednesday to Friday: 1.30pm-9.30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8.30am-6pm

Job Description:
-General clerical duties

-Schedule and arrange new classes with parents and teachers

-Maintain database of email/phone/wald in enquiries

-Sorting and filing of invoices,Ensuring files and data are kept systematically

-Assist in the development,marketing and coordination of new initiatives


Job Requirements:

-Good management、 interpersonal and communication skills. Basic Bilingual speaking ( English and Chinese )

-Able to multi-task, meticulous and work independently,Good Knowledge in MS Office
