Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate is responsible for providing sales support function to the assigned Business Divisions in terms of managing order processing, documentation and customer servicing so as to build into a more external customer-centric company.
  • Generation of Delivery Orders and Invoices.
  • Arranging deliveries with Logistics personnel.
  • Credit note processing.
  • Stock transferring.
  • Processing documentations for returned goods.
  • Mailing out Statement of Accounts.
  • Attending to customers’ requests.
  • Ensuring all outstanding documents are properly updated, filed and documentation in line with ISO.
  • Any other duties as directed by superior.

Requirements:

  • Min ‘O’ Levels.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in backend customer service support.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel.
