1) Responsible for evening sales of the outlet @ East Coast

2) Propose and execute monthly promotion

3) Promote group


1) Overseeing daily operations and hands-on day-to-day floor operations

a. Conduct daily briefing to staffs at 5pm

2) Responsible for all service staff service standard

3) Build good customer relationship

4) Implement customer feedback

5) Recruit VIPs


1) Recruitment and manpower planning (duty roster) and keep within part timer budget

2) Plan weekly duty roster for all staffs

3) Covering duties whenever subordinate go on leave, mc, or absent.

4) Build team work and motivate the team on their respective area of performance

5) Execute tasks and instruction to the team

6) Training of staffs to ensure high level of Customer Service through on-the-job training or/and conduct SOP training


15) Supervise daily 2nd shift revenue closure and outlet closure

16) Administer payment voucher, cheques payment, receipts, invoices

17) Document SOP for floor service/operation and policy.


18) Upkeep outlet cleanliness and maintenance

a. Design and execute Daily, Monthly and Half yearly maintenance checklist

b. Forecast and arrange for maintenance on a monthly Maintenance Day


· 1Achieve monthly sales target

· 2 corporate event or small group event (>8 pax) each month

· Recruit 18 VIPs/month

· Submit monthly reports on time

Reports to be submitted to Management on 3rd of each month:

1) 2) Monthly wastage report on beers, fruit and food

3) VIP listing of the month

4) Promotions and action plans for +2 month

5) Action plan on coming month sales

6) Team’s work performance & punctuality

7) Account for KPIs

Arrange and conduct monthly meeting during 5th – 7th of the month

Other Reports

Weekly Petty Cash report

2) Staff quarterly appraisal
