Job Description
  • Management and processing of sales orders / customer inquiries / complaints / feedback
  • Coordinate with and provide support to customers and respective departments.
  • Work with the operations team to provide feedback to customer on operations issues, resolve service issues higlighted by the customers and ensure that customer's performance meansurements are met.
  • Provide quotations to customers with necessary follow up and liaison.
  • Servicing existing customers and securing new customers.
  • Management of ecommerce platform

Job Requirement
  • Preferably with at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, spoken, written ability to communicate at all levels
  • Possess good analytical abilities with interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in E-commerce preferred
