Responsibilities:

  • Be part of an exciting, growing team who are passionate about improving the lives of Singapore pioneers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests with the highest degree of confidentiality, professionalism and care.
  • Update and maintain customer details and records in Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Comfortable with simple financial/payment tasks such as: updating and processing customer payments, generating monthly invoices and reconciling customer transactions during month-end.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and/or emails, web chats professionally and efficiently.
  • Oversee the office/hearing centre's administrative tasks, such as data entry, preparing contracts and other office management duties.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Proactive in providing feedback to improve work processes and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational level of ITE/A-Level/Diploma.
  • Candidate with prior working experience in customer service in a retail environment is a plus.
