i. Meet individual standards and contribute towards achieving Contact Centre Key Performance Indicators.
ii. Provide value-added services to private and international patients.
iii. Schedule appointments as per operational guidelines
iv. Respond to all calls and emails in accordance to established procedures with high level of accuracy
v. Support general enquiries by both external and internal customers
vi. Promote hospital services and business enquires
vii. Understand and apply appointment scheduling procedures
viii. Schedule specialist outpatient appointments to best match patients’ requests
ix. Ensure documents are properly updated and filed
x. Able to identify service gaps and escalate to Executive
