Our client, a well-known global Telecommunications company, is looking for a Senior Social Media Customer Service Officer.

Job information
- Central
- 5 work days (Monday to Sunday based on schedule)
- 8.30pm - 6pm / 1.30pm - 11pm (Rotating Shift)
- Up to $2,6000 + $180 Service Allowance + Shift Allowance (Depends on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and any other social media related platforms
- Communicate with customers through email, letter and telephone calls
- Be sensitive and professional when addressing customer's needs
- Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to investigate and response to customers in a timely manner
- Study social media trends and recommend ways to increase customer engagement
- Suggest ways to improve customer service standards

Responsibilities

- Min. Diploma in any field with 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Independent learner
