Customer Relation Officers (Golf) will provide guests and members with above-and-beyond service, ensuring that their experiences with the Club is pleasant and worth remembering.

Role:
  • Attached to the Golf frontdesk
  • To welcome, direct and guide members and guests with prompt response
  • To handle golf bookings, incoming calls via phone, face-to-face and online accurately
  • Attend to members' bookings, facilitate reciprocal arrangements and provide accurate information/ rates
  • To equip with up-to-date knowledge of the Club's and Golf operations to respond effectively
  • Serve as an important point of contact and provide department co-ordination
  • Facilitate and ensure members comply to Club's SOPs
  • Responsible for daily opening and closing duties
  • Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for submission wherever applicable
  • Be tactful in handling feedback and professional in dealing with people over the counter/ phone/ face-to-face
  • To communicate well internally to ensure effective shifts handovers
  • To open to new ideas and make constructive changes to improve productivity
  • Participate in Club's events and carry out additional duties as assigned
  • Upkeep the cleanliness and hygiene of the receptionist office/ room at all times
  • Cross training to other CRO duties
  • Carry out administrative and additional duties as assigned

Requirements :
  • Min "O" level / Diploma or certificate level
  • Outgoing and cheerful personality
  • Customer service and /or administration skills an advantage
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays with Monday off.
  • Working shift patterns starts from 7am to 3pm or 12pm - 8pm
  • Immediate or short notice availability preferably
