Work content:

• Assist in arranging or booking a room

• Provide information to local customers or other entertainment activities of the hotel to customers

• Handle customer inquiries or complaints and follow up with customers in a timely manner

• Assist customers in booking restaurants and arranging transportation, etc.


• Customer-focused professionalism

• Ability to work shifts on weekends or public holidays

• Ability to communicate in fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese (to communicate with locals and clients)


• Work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day

• Provide on-the-job training

• Provide accommodation allowance and food allowance

• Provide ticket (subject to terms and conditions)
