Job Brief

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service experience. The Team leader must effectively communicate information and render quality service to customers in various channels such as telephone, live chat and email.

The CS Team Leader must be able to communicate with internal customers such as couriers, production staff and store personnel.


Responsibilities

  • · Daily management of the customer service team (local and overseas)
  • · Develop strategies to improve the operations and process and escalate suggestions to the Manager
  • · Assists Customer Service Manager
  • · Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.
  • · Provide assistance, information, advice and recommendations to customers via call, email and live chat
  • · Answering inbound as well initiating outbound calls with customers
  • · Route & process orders internally
  • · Updating customer database by engaging them as members
  • · Acknowledge and escalate customer feedback
  • · Recognize errors and review to avoid recurrence

Requirements

  • · Singaporeans/PR welcome
  • · Minimum Diploma
  • · At least 1-3 year of working experience in the related field, preferably entry level specialized in customer service
  • · Good command in English both verbal & written
  • · Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • · Willing to work on public holidays and on weekends
