Job Scope

  • In charge of all customer service and enquiry call, with follow up action
  • Good attitude towards all customer servicing
  • Managing and monitoring orders from all sales channel
  • Communicate and answering all product-related information, e.g., warranty, terms of sales, product malfunction, etc. Be able to give solutions when necessary
  • Handle enquiries/feedback with appropriate solutions and provide alternatives within time limits
  • Providing accurate and valid product information on enquiries
  • Answering all customer’s feedback from all communication media
  • Resolving customer’s problem and provide/explain/clarify all information with all option to assist the customer in solving the problem
  • Assist customers’ need to achieve service satisfaction
  • The team effort with all department to accomplish problem-solving
  • Welcoming walking customer

Requirements

  • Relevant (customer support) experience
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Neat and organized personality
  • Service orientation attitude
  • Good communication skill, appropriate phone manner, a good listener
  • Able to handle good/bad feedback with patient
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of electric gadget & experience in the retail field is a plus
  • Bilingual in Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate
Working Hours: 10 am - 7 pm
Location: 16 Arumugam Road, Building D LTC (Nearby MacPherson MRT)
