Our client is one of the world's leading specialty luxury watch retail groups with an established presence of 40 boutiques in 11 key cities in the Asia Pacific region.


The Role

The CRM Assistant will provide comprehensive administration support to the CRM team and support CRM activities across the region.


Job responsibilities:

  • Assist the CRM team with the planning and execution of CRM initiatives
  • Extraction and analysis of CRM data to support marketing activities
  • Analyse customer data for reporting purposes
  • Support data cleansing activities and maintain database hygiene
  • Collaborate and support retail teams and other departments with CRM related requests and activities



Requirement

  • Knowledge of Sugar CRM or had worked with agencies supporting Sugar CRM
  • Experience with customer database management
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience in retail industry
  • Added advantage but not critical: experience in marketing automation
  • Added advantage but not critical: experience in loyalty programme
  • About 1 to 3 years’ experience’ with CRM environment
  • Degree holder
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to relate to stakeholders of all levels
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment


Other Information:

  • Contract for 6 months, convertible to permanent employment
  • Work location – Orchard Rad
  • Working hours – 5 days work week
