Receptionist / Customer Service Associate

• Answer phone calls and order stationery, etc.
• Perform telemarketing duty to arrange and confirm appointment bookings and friendly follow-up calls to customers, as and when required.
• Perform operational duties including check in, check out, and reservation procedures.
• Inform the therapists on customers’ preferences to ensure the highest level of customisation
• Extend quality customer service to the customers such as refreshment provision and assistance to the customers when the consultants/therapists are not available.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of vicinity before opening and closing of reception
• General administration such as filing, scanning and faxing of documents.
• Manage daily emails and handle parcels, packages received at the reception
• Any other tasks as assigned
• Those with relevant experience will be of advantage

Working Location: Town

Salary Commensurate with Experience.
