i-vic International is an outsource contact center solutions provider in Singapore. In 2017, the company managed a total of over 3 million contacts on behalf of our clients. Central to our solution is a team of dedicated contact center officers who have extensive experience in contact center operation. Our site has been designed and built according to our experience in serving major clients in the world.

Due to expansion, we are seeking highly competent and motivated individuals with a strong drive to succeed to join our team as:

Remuneration Package:

  • Salary: upto S$ 1,800.00 per month (depending on experience, inclusive of basic and variable allowances)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound & outbound enquiries from consumers via phone and email
  • Provide basic machine/equipment troubleshooting over the phone
  • Provide an elevated consumer experience to generate loyal consumers
  • Ensure superior customer experience by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and resolving problems on the spot by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle consumer escalations and sales enquiry and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Follow up on cases to ensure resolution and consumer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans Only
  • Must be computer literate and with basic knowledge in Microsoft Applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Proficiency in the use of commonly used phone system, PC software, Email, Internet and basic web-based applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills & Customer Service oriented
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in Contact Centre will be an advantage

Additional Information:

  • 5 working days (Mondays to Saturdays); 44 hours per week
  • Contact Centre environment
  • Working Location at Tampines
  • Shuttle service provided on selected timing
