Contract Duration: 1-2 years (subjected to extension)
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5 days work week including weekends
(Must be able to perform shift duties)


Job Description
• Register customers and data entry
• Perform document checks and verification
• Assist in registration for courses and booking of facilities
• Process applications for a range of government services and grants
• Process appeals / claims / referral requests in accordance to the procedures for the various public sector agencies
• Handle collection of payments and fees
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving general issues with e-government services (including SingPass reset service)
• Provide information and attend to queries on a variety of topics including government schemes, financial assistance, application procedures etc.
• Manage feedback and address complaints from customers
• Assist with any other administrative / operational tasks as required


Requirements
• Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer-oriented with good inter-personal skills
• Prior experience in customer service and administration preferred. Service delivery / other experience in Public Sector will be beneficial.
• Proven track record of ability to handle difficult / demanding customers with tact will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable with using Microsoft Windows and Office functions and navigating IT systems
• Medically fit and willing to work shift hours
