Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to customers when they arrive for their scheduled appointments
  • Manage customer appointments and room reservations
  • Responsible for cashiering and accurate posting of charges to our point of sale system
  • Answer phone calls and maintain tidiness of the reception area
  • Other customer service and administration duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience not required, though it will be helpful
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin: of a moderate level as need to liaise with Chinese Speaking Clients
