Job Description
  • Act as the liaison between customers and in-house manufacturing support.
  • Maintain close business relationships and work on customers’ expectations to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communications and responsiveness.
  • Push customers for order pull to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Advise customer on delivery schedule, inventory availability and receivable collection matters.
  • Manage full spectrum of order processing, invoicing and preparation for delivery, including liaison with freight forwarder for shipment.
  • Matching of payments received from customer to invoices.
  • Working closely with Material Planner, Production Control and Warehouse teams to manage order delivery on-time in full.
  • Maintain all fillings and documentation of Customer Service Department.
  • Attend to customers' queries and complaints if required.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Proficient in customer service relations with firm character
  • With international shipping experience
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft office
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
