You will be the single point of contact for users of the Integrated Logistics solutions offered to DHL advantaged customers. You will handle and manage customers’ orders and requests with professionalism as well as interact and coordinate with staff within the DHL network and vendors for order fulfillment. You will also provide enhanced services to meet or exceed customers’ needs, recognize their problems and resolve them satisfactorily. In addition, you will also be responsible for service performance and management reporting. Training will be provided for selected candidates.
•Willing to work shift (Day or Night, PH and Weekend) 4 working days per week for 12hr shift and normal shift 5 days work.
•Able to speak fluently in English and Japanese (in order to liaise with the English and Japanese speaking associates/customers)
•Coordinate with warehouse team to fulfill Japan customer requirement and urgent delivery.
•Perform next flight out activation and arrangement with forwarder.
•Perform sourcing, tracking and monitor, and update shipment status to customer
•Manage few accounts and process urgent request according to work instructions.
•Willing to work overtime when necessary during off day/rest day
•Good team player
•Able to work independently
•Required to multitask and cope with stress
