What Is The Role?
We are looking for people with friendly dispositions as you will be the front liner representing us! Through phone conversations and email, you will help connect our customers with the bouquet that they envision. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Respond to high volume of customer queries to help them place orders online or over the phone.
Resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with tact and efficiency.
Review outgoing bouquets for accuracy and top tier looks.
Bonus if you can build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Calm and polite when handling customer complaints. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
Works well on a team and holds other accountable of product quality
A high sense of urgency and multitasking skills
Strong writing skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus!
Must be fluent written / speaking in English. Chinese is a plus!
No need to follow a script...just build a personal emotional connection with each customer!
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
Working Hours: Saturdays and Sundays 9am - 5pm
