Working Hours and Location:
• Mondays to Fridays 8.30 am-5:30pm, alternate Saturdays 8:30am-1pm, excluding public holidays.
• Around 10 minutes walking distance from Kent Ridge MRT and easily accessible by public buses.
• Provide customer support via calls and emails with excellent work etiquette, patience.
• Ability to response to customers’ needs/enquiries and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
• Coordinate and monitor all customer queries effectively and escalate to management when necessary.
• Act as a coordinator between various internal department within the company and customer to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Maintaning customer particulars and transactions, feedback and cases history of customer to CRM.
• Follow up actions after calls and emails to ensure pending inbound enquiries are solved.
• Highly customer oriented.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Bilingual portfolio preferred to liaise with non-English speaking customers.
• Well-verse of MS Office application is essential.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents Only.
