SingSaver is looking for a Customer Service Rep to join its rapidly growing team immediately.

consumers understand personal finance products in Singapore including credit cards, personal loans and

with detailed and accurate data and insights so they can make the best choice before applying for the
financial products that suit their needs.

- Manage incoming inquiries via email / calls / social media channel
- Verify customers who are eligible for promotion and liaise with banks to check on exception cases
- Resolve product problems by clarifying customer’s need, identifying the cause and providing a solution
- Engage customers and going the extra mile to win their satisfaction
- Prepare customer service report by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Maintain the service procedures, guideline and policies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results when required

- Proven customer support experience (preferred)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- An active listener
- Customer oriented and ability to respond to different types of customers
- Manage time effectively
- Excel skills required
