• Provide administrative support for LEARN.
• Assist to carry out qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews
• Combine data and user research to uncover research insights
• Assist in bug / incident management, addressing and resolving incidents arising from app deployments and utilisation
• Participate in user acceptance tests (UAT) to ensure systems’ stability
• Organise and retagging of LEARN’s offerings with metadata taxonomies
