Education: At least Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Management or Business Studies
Expertise: 3-5 yrs working experience in Marine lubricant logistics supply operations
Knowledge: Port operation and shipping & transport coordination
Skill: Excel worksheet , Planning, scheduling and Marine deliveries to vessels


To coordinate, Source and identification of suitable candidates for recruitment.
Monitor documents and licenses validity for officers and other ranks
Prepare and maintain crew change schedule.
Maintain the OCIMF – OVID vessel OVPQ technical database for the fleet.
Monitor crew compliance with STCW 95 and MLC2006 and other training requirements.
Review and record keeping of all SMS filing system and its implementations including quality documentation.
Maintaining Safety Management System (SMS) updates with consistent improvement to produce quality, accuracy, adequate and efficient procedures. Provide and develop constructive new ideas.
Ensure safety, health and environmental policies are followed in the company.
Deliver and ensure a proactive safety culture throughout.
Conduct in-house training and drill for crew on board.
Plan internal and external audits as per SMS / ISPS.
Verification of crew qualifications/documents/visas prior to any joining.
Assist for immigration and port clearance.
Able to attend to vessel if require even during after office hours.
Keep abreast, update and implement new rules, regulations and legislations applicable to vessel.
Assist in implementing various rules and regulations, initiatives and etc.
Briefing of Shipboard Senior Officers prior to joining vessels with regards to Safety Management Systems, company policies, vessel operations and specific charterers’ requirements.
