- Assist Service Quality & Projects Manager in coordination and tracking of all ops matters and projects, including those assigned to other Ops Managers.
- Support Service Quality & Projects Manager in managing operations cost and to drive cost efficient operational processes.
- Assist Service Quality & Projects Manager to ensure all standards and KPIs of the trolley management service and other airport services are maintained at a desired level in accordance to company standards.
- Generate relevant performance and KPI reports, including timely submission to CAG.
- Support Service Quality & Projects Manager for training and development of Operations staff from interviewing to on-boarding training.
- Building rapport and establish a good working relationship with client.
- Compile and analyse performance related data and to propose implementable improvements.
- Compile the required monthly reports for submission to CAG.
- Custodian for service related reports, namely, compliments and complaints, and service awards.
- Monitor and track the health status and performance of operators for Light Transport Machines.
- Degree in Science/Engineering from a recognized university is preferred.
- Strong IT knowledge is an added advantage.
- Good PC skills, especially in MS Office suite.
