Warranty Executive (Automotive / European Brand) 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and enrol extended warranty;
• Perform daily claims validation, consolidation and upload into in-house system;
• Monitor and perform recovery of credit note;
• Maintain up-to-date current aged Warranty debtors through regular review and clean up;
• Liaise with Principal to resolve issues related to warranty;
• Monitor and provide weekly and monthly update to Principal;
• Maintain and update Defect & Operation codes in system;
• Compile warranty & operations statistic for all managers;
• Coordinate monthly Technical Operations meeting Support any on-going or new project undertakes by the department pertaining to vehicle warranty and recall campaign.

Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years of working experience in relevant field;
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent;
• Strong communication skills;
• A team player and able to work independently;
• Basic knowledge of car mechanism;
• Candidates who have prior working experience in Automobile industry will have added advantage.
