Job Description

· Overseeing of day-to-day operations, including food and beverage service

· Customer service, public relations and conflict resolution

· Management and daily scheduling of restaurant staff

· Ensuring all standards and procedures are maintained and followed by all staff

· Ensuring high standards of outlet maintenance and cleanliness

· Maintenance of high standards of food quality and hygiene within the restaurant

· Maintenance of daily sales and KPI

· Handling of sales enquiries, bookings and reservations

· Business development and marketing

· Hiring and recruitment of staff


Requirements

· Passion in F&B and service, positive attitude and willing to learn

· Keen to develop and grow along with the company

· Strong team player with good people skills and leadership skills

· Good communication skills, writing skills and negotiation skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin

· Good business acumen, result-oriented, growth-driven and customer-focused

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment, occasional weekends and public holidays

· Experience in similar role is preferred
