Cook required for Central Kitchen

1. Cook meals for customers based on standard recipes
2. Monitor & keep the records of key kitchen’s indicators (i.e. cooked food temperature, freezer / chiller / food warmer temperature).
3. Assist with inventory checking and ordering of food supplies.
4. Assist with developing recipes.
Minimum Education Level: Primary School and above, understand basic written & spoken English
Years working experience: 3-5 years working experience in food industry
Any professional License required: Basic Food & Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
Any other knowledge required: Able to cook a variety of cuisine e.g. Chinese, Malay, Western, Chinese Vegetarian, Indian Vegetarian
