Job scope:
- You are primarily responsible for the managing and overseeing of our kitchen operations
- Ordering of ingredients and stock-taking

You will hold supervisory role such as the authority to influence or
make decision on issues such as recruitment, discipline, termination and
assessment of performance of your staff
- Food preparation for sauce & seasoning
- Prepare raw ingredients and vegetables including cutting and marinade
- Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment such as Grill, Fryer and etc
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and any ad-hoc duties assigned
