• Maintain high standards of cleanliness of kitchen premises and equipments at all times.
• Oversee dish preparation according to given instructions and recipes.
• Handle basic kitchen equipments and ensure food hygiene standard is adhered to at all times.
• Involves in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production.
• Monitoring and ensuring food quality served with minimum wastage and waiting period for serving.
• Assist in monitoring stocks inventory.
• Minimum 1 year experience or skills.
• Must be able to start work asap.
• Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
• Posses positive work attitude and able to work in fast pace environment.
