* Our Client is a new age Japanese Restaurant
* Responsible for the management of the kitchen workflow and assisting the head chef in the culinary operations of the restaurant
* Responsible for the preparation of the food products in the menu
* Ensuring the quality and consistency of the food products
* Ensure that high standards cleanliness, personal hygiene and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
* Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
* Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in culinary in resorts, hotels or Japanese restaurants
* Knowledge in Japanese or asian cuisine, various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
* Familiar with industries’ best practices.
* Experience working in Japanese restaurant will be an advantage.
