We are expanding and looking for:

FRONT OF HOUSE

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly.
Screen all who enter the shop.
Serve food and drinks accurately and promptly.
Take guests’ orders effectively.
Introduce products to guests.
Brew well balanced coffee.
Prepare drinks, maintaining consistent quality.
Prepare guests orders.
Ensure sufficient inventory of ingredients and packaging. Maintain cleanliness of work area and shop.
Complete any ad hoc tasks assigned.

Prerequisites:

Potential candidate must:
Be positive,
Have an excellent command of the English language,
Be very self aware,
A self starter,
Be very responsible and reliable,
Have high emotional intelligent,
Be observant and pay attention to details,
With good habits of cleanliness and is well-disciplined at work, Always punctual,
Always smiling,
Have excellent personal hygiene,
Excellent at learning new methods and following instructions, Work well with colleagues,
Takes pride in making consistent work, and
Keen on learning new skills and tasks.

FULL TIMER

$2,100 to $2,800
60 hours a week
Must have at least 3 years experience in customer service.

PART TIMER

$10 to $15/hour
Must be able to work 2-3 days a week including weekends for a period of at least 6 months.
