Has been in the Food & Beverage industry for more than 2 years, with positive attitude and passionate about the industry. Job Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant manager in ensuring that operations of the restaurant are run efficiently Lead a team of staff to ensure that service and food standards are maintained at all times Ensure that standard operating procedures are followed Work with Restaurant manager to ensure that operational cost are within set limits Respond to guest enquiries and feedback in the most professional way Job Requirements Minimum 2 years supervisory experience Good communications skills and team leadership skills Able to perform under pressure Have a passion for F&B
