  • Working hours: 12pm - 2.30pm , 6pm - 1030pm ( 6 days work week, 44 hours per week)

Job Description
  • Minimize waste and spoilage to expenses in line with budget.
  • Run, manage and coordinate all sections of Kitchen and the kitchen staff.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of scheduled menus of the kitchen / F&B outlets as well as the menu items preparation method/time, major ingredients, quality standards, taste, texture, serving temperature, portion size and presentation method.

Ensure the required stock levels are maintained and orders are put in on the correct days having regard to the number of events and expected level of business

Support and communicate regularly and effectively with the team and to ensure all issues are acknowledged and discussed

Provide adequate information to food service units regarding menu changes

Report any issues with food quality and freshness to the Head Executive Chef Compliance of food hygiene regulations accordance to SFA standards


At least 2 years of relevant experience in this role

Relevant experience in Japanese Modern cuisine

Must have the ability to create and present innovation ideas in canapes production

Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions

Highly creative and has keen eyes for details

Able to start work immediately or within short notice

No quota to hire at the moment
